E JÁ PRA COZINHAAAAA....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BATATA SALTEADA NO SHOYO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;4 batatas médias&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de sopa de shoyo&lt;br /&gt;3 clhores de sopa de água&lt;br /&gt;Salsinha e sal à gosto&lt;br /&gt;Azeite de oliva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE PREPARO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Corte as batatas no meio e depois em meia lua. Numa frigideira alta e antiaderente coloque um fio de azeite e as batatas. Vá mexendo e deixando elas “tostarem”. Quando as batas estiverem cozidas ao dente, acrescente o shoyo. Aos poucos coloque a água, uma colher por vez, até as batatas ficarem macias. Cuidado com o sal pois o shoyo já é salgado! Acrescente a salsinha e está pronto! Ela está muitissimo feliz.... e como ADORO pararicar ela na cozinha coloco essa sopinha deliciosa que ela a "Batateira Oficial" da família adora!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CREME DE BATATA COM CALABRESA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDINTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;6 batatas médias/grandes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 xícara de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 linguiça calabreza grande&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 cebola média&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 dentes de alho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;salsinha à gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;sal, nóz moscada e pimenta à gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE PREPARO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Numa panela alta cozinhe as batatas descascadas cortadas em rodela com a cebola, sal e água até cobrir as batatas. Quando estiverem cozidas passe pela peneira/liquidificador/processador o que você preferir...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Numa frigideira a parte frite a calabresa (picada em quadradinhos) com o alho picado até ficar douradinha.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Devolva a batata processada a panela e acrescente a calabresa, mexa bem e prove o sal, deixe em fogo médio até levantar fervura. Ferveu? Fogo baixo e acrescente o leite. Até hoje o cheiro da "nega" assando me faz lembrar da infância...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NEGA MALUCA CLÁSSICA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INGREDIENTES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;3 xícaras de chá de trigo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 xícaras de chá de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 xícaras de &lt;strong&gt;nescau &lt;/strong&gt;(tem que ser!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 xícara de óleo vegetal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;1 colher de chá de sal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 xícaras de água fervendo (tem que ser!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;2 colheres de sopa de fermento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE PREPARO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;Misture todos os ingredientes secos; faça um buraco no centro e acrescente os ovos o óleo e misture bem.Coloque a água fervendo e mecha bem.
